Where to get OAS 4.0.8?

Can anyone describe how (and where) can I get (download) Oracle Application Server 4.0.8 or 4.0.8.1

I see there's a link on http://www.olab.com but it requires a password.

Is it posted on some anonymous ftp site? technet? any other.
