Setting the SQL*Net client side timeout in 7.1.

Can you set the SQL*Net 2 client side timeout in Oracle 7.1.3?  It seems to
be at about a minute right now which is far too long for our application.



We've made some attempts at using alarms but that does not appear to be
Pro*C friendly.
