hi Oracle gurus,
I'm not an Oracle developer but I'm trying to set up an Oracle
development environment on WinNT.
What s/w would I need to buy for this? I understand that I'll need to
buy Oracle8 software to install in my PC running WinNT. But all that I
could find in the stores is a "JDeveloper suite for Oracle". The
salesperson says that I'll have to buy Oracle8 directly from the
manufacturer.
Is this necessary and/or sufficient to develop Oracle based
applications?
