I had similar problem with one of our workstation some time ago. It was duplicate copy of OCIW32.dll in WINNT subdir. Search for OCI*.* on your HDs and maybe this is it. ( OCIW32.DLL is main connection DLL - Oracle Call Interface , all other programs,
including Oracle tools , ODBC drivers , OLE DB, ADO ect. are using it to connect to server)
