Hi Nick,
Move some of the directories under /export/home and then build symbolic links to the new locations.
The unix command is ln -s <path1> [<path2>]
Sorry I can't remember which path is the original location and which is the new, but if you try it you will be able to tell by doing an ls -l which will show the link. If you mess up don't worry since you can always do a Unix unlink.
