Q: accessing tables in another schema

Hello,

I want to compare two tables in two different schemas. SO i want to be able to query the tables in another schema. However I dont want to grant the priviliges on every schema but rather do something like: write in the user and passwd of the other schema and then get the info from the table. How do I do this?
