Seriously, ring Oracle. We have made several different license arrangemens with them at different times. I have always found them open to talk to about any license issues or problems.

Put over-simply, our license at the moment is one per person accessing data in the database, even if that is through a TP system whereby 100 people access the database via 10 actual database connections.

Talk to Oracle.
