Accelerate PeopleSoft Payroll and Other Batch Processes in PeopleSoft

My company has developed a software application that speeds up the batch processes in PeopleSoft. We do this by applying parallel computing techniques and are seeing run time reductions of 3-10x. Our first module works with the key batch processes on PeopleSoft payroll (paysheet create, pay calc and pay confirm). Traditionally, people had to break payroll into Paygroups that did not make business sense. We allow an individual pay group to run much faster. We are adding other HRMS processes (such as time and labor and benefits admin) as well as the financial processes.

Our engineers our from Thinking Machines and basically took what supercomputers did in hardware and made a software version. We apply our software without requiring any additional hardware and we make no changes to the application.
