Strange Oracle Error

Hello,

I have a client running Oracle 6 on an NT platform. Recently they received this error:

ORA-09352: Windows 32-bit two-task driver unable to spawn new oracle task

I am not familiar with the NT versions of Oracle. What does this mean and what steps should I take to correct it?
