Installation Question

Hello,



We just installed Oracle 8i.  QAfter importing all the tables, I noticed
the following error when I tried to enter SQL:



ERROR:  ORA-06553: PLS-213: package STANDARD not accessible



Error accessing package DBMS_APPLICATION_INFO
ERROR:  ORA-06553: PLS-213: package STANDARD not accessible



How do I compile package standard??
