On my NT Designer/2000 CD, there is a bcod3of9.pll and bcodpost.pll in
FORWIN95\DEV2000\GDEMO25. On my NT Developer/2000 CD they're in
INSTALL\DEV2000\GDEMO25.
They're about 60K each - can email if required.
I've never used them!
