Are you sure that you are using the makefile that comes with the version of
Pro-C that you are using. libora.a was valid under previous releases but is
no longer used with 7.3.4. Is it possible that you have tried to "port" an
older makefile? There was a fairly significant sea change between Pro-C 2.0
and 2.2 in makefile usage.
