Creating a WebDB Site

Anyone recognise the following problem, please ...

I'm trying to follow the WebDB Turorial after a clean installation of 8i and WebDB on a P III with 128 MB RAM, NT4 SP3 and the demo database.

On trying to create a new WebDB site the 'WebDB Site Install Status' screen stays stuck on 'Installation of [TUTORIAL SITE] is 0% complete'. It continually seems to flash every 5 seconds as an install log is apparently updated (i can see this from the URL details). I believe that eventually i should expect to see the status change to Done, but that never happens even after an hour.

On checking the target DB the user accounts for TUTORIAL, TUTORIAL_ADMIN and TUTORIAL_PUBLIC seem never to have gotten as far as being created.

Probably a permissions/privileges problem i guess. Any guesses???

Thanks
