Unknown Oracle Error-Message

Hello everybody,

something strange happens while using Oracle SQL-Net. Some of my applications are unable to connect to my database. The error-message I recieve is not listed in the Oracle-Docu. Does anybody know this message or a possibility to avoid it?

ORA-06413 connection is not open
ORA-06413 Verbindung ist nicht offen
