Oracle Instances Not Starting

I run oracle on an NT4.0 machine. We have multiple instances on each
machine. Some of the instances services will start after a reboot and
some will not. Has anyone ever had this problem. I have deleted the
services and created them new via Oradim73 or Oradim80 and this does not
seem to have any effect. 



Any help will be greatly appreciated.
