PDE-PXC002-Unhandled Exception (100501)

I have created a simple form with one when-validate-record trigger.
The trigger contains one statement - raise form_trigger_failure.



When I run with the debugger on, I get the message above. Can anyone
tell me where to look to find out what exception code 100501 is?
