  1. Are you trying to access it from the device or from a linked PC ?
  2. What is the DSN name of the database is it still POLite?
  3. From what method are you trying to access it ?
  4. What error is it giving you ?

I've spent many many many hours debugging Oracle Lite applications - it's very picky... Make sure you're data source name is polite - and that all of the configuration settings point to your proper ODB file. Also .. can you access it from a linked PC ? did you run CEsetup ?
