Help: Installing Oracle 8 on Windows NT Server

I don't have any knowlegde of oracle but I need to install it on a NT server
4.0 with sp4.  I have installed it twice and I don't understand it.  My
question is where can I find on the web a good guide for installing Oracle 8
on NT like a step by step that tell what each part does and what it is for.
