Hi everybody,
I'm working with Oracle805 on NT4 as well as Solaris7. On NT4 I have got the probem, that the listener stops working without any reason, that is, the TNSlistener80 service cannot be started anymore nor can Net8Assistant or Net8EasyConfig be started.
On the Solaris machine I cannot configure a service in order to configure a tnsnames.ora file so I don't have a chance to connect e.g. via TCP/IP to my server from any client.

Can anyone out there tell me a trick to make things work???
