How can I programmatically, using Visual Basic 5 or 6, set all the
values shown in the odbc administrator dialog boxes for the following
drivers:
1.) Oracle 8.0.5.6 dated 07/99 (SQORA32.dll)
2.) Oracle Lite 3.0.0.0 dated 04/98 (ootod32.dll).
They differ significantly from the SQL Server dialog box. ie. prefech
count, enable failover, enable thread safety etc...
The app using this is being distributed nationwide and we can't take the
chance of these values being incorrectly entered by the individual end
users that perform the installs. So we need to do this programmatically
during the app and supporting file install routines.
