Error Message unknown!!!

When entering the following statement in Oracle sql 8.0,

    Select Constraint_name, search_condition from user_constraints;

I get the following error message for all the Primary Keys and the Foreign Keys in the result returned:

    ERROR: piece-wise fetching

I can't seem to find any explaination for this error message in the Oracle documentation.
If anybody could help me, I would appreciate it. The statement works, I'm just wondering
what the message means.
