Re: Oracle DBA's should know this problem... HELP!!!!!!!!

I keep getting the following errors when I try to start up tnslsnr80

also when I try to do it through lsnrctl80> START

Errors:
  TNS-12560: TNS: protocol adapter error

     TNS-00530: protocol adapter error
        32-bit windows error: 50: Unknown system error.

I have TCP-IP protocol installed (there were 2 on my Oracle 8 cd)

TCP-ip 2.xxxxx and TCP 8.xxxx

tried both... but nothing working.......

Please help!!!!
