A group in the UK has posted the availability of a rpt to pl/sql
converter that I think they sell $5000 plus $200 a report, but you can
check with them on the price. Here is the sales pitch I found in my
mail archives:

You may be interested that as RPT is no longer supported by Oracle we
have produced a tool kit that:-
a/ Provides an RPT based lanquage using PL/SQL . So you can easily write new reports in PL/SQL utilising your RPT experience.
b/ A conversion tool that automatically converts any RPT source code into PL/SQL. Great for managing all those obsolete RPT's without rewriting them!
The tool kit is equally at home with reports with output or those that may update the database or both.
If you are interested give me send an e-mail.

If you use it I would be interested in your evaluation. We still have
about 60 - 80 rpt's laying around that nobody seems interested in doing
anything about.
