Can anyone help

I am currently developing with Business Objects and I am using a Microsoft Access ODBC driver to connect to a development Access database and a Microsoft Oracle ODBC driver to connect to the production Oracle database. However Jet format SQL that acts on the Oracle database is flagged as invalid when used in Business Objects. This SQL works ok in MS Access when I connect to the same Oracle database.

For Example in Acess the expression [Field1] + [Field2] is valid Jet SQL when using a Microsoft Oracle ODBC driver. This same expression is not valid in Business Objects using the same datasource and driver.

There must be an answer.
