Minimum files for ODBC Win311

Hi,
we have to connect _many_ Win 3.11 PC's to a new Oracle NT Server with 7.3.4 and access the DBMS via ODBC 16 bit. These PC's do not have CDROM's. To keep the effort and network traffic to a minimum, what are the minimum files I need on the clients, including the ODBC drivers, those to set up SQL*net (all the same) etc. We don't need any other software such as ODBC-test, Admin stuff... Where can I find this info ?
