How do I install demo database in Personal Oracle 7.3 for Win95??

Hi,


I'm a new oracle user. After installation to my Win98 system, I tried to
install  the sample database at c:\orawin95\dbs\DEMOBLD.SQL.  According
to PO7 documentation, I must type  DEMOBLD at the $(??) prompt.
Where's the $ prompt?


I tried open the file (Demobld.sql) in SQLPlus ver 3.3, and run the
script,


error "invalid character at line 2"


What's wrong??
