Oracle Application Server question ???

Hello,

There is an option that can set a directory, such as "public_html" in each users home directory in UNIX.
This can put users' html file in it.

Such as, http://mydomain/~username/

But, is it possible to also set a cgi-bin in users' directory fro putting cgi scrript ????
How ??
