Crosstab queries in oracle

Does anyone know hot to make access-like crosstab query in oracle SQL?

For ex:
Select city,name,count(*) from people group by city,name

Newyork            John        10
Newyork            paul            20
Washington       steve        5
Washington        paul           6

should be get like this in single query:

                    John        paul        steve
Newyork      10            20            0
Washington   0            6                5
