win98 with D2K interface problem.

unfortunately, there's one problem that l faced,

   when l tried to start the listener.

    using : lsncrctl80>start.

    The pop up box :
    This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down.     after clicking detail, it says LSNRCTL80 caused an invalid page fault in module

   <unknown> at 0000:000000009.

   Kindly advise on this issue, as l need to setup d2k to run on win98.
