Just having read the Solaris specific docs from technet.oracle.com (to which anyone should subscribe, it's free), you can bind a process to a specific processor with the pbind command. Oracle doesn't seem to promote this feature. They more or less recommend binding the listener (which will -in turn- bind all client background processes) and that's it.
