Migration from 7.3.4 to 8.0.5

I am getting ready to do an upgrade from 7.3.4 to 8.0.5 (on NT) and
was wondering if anyone could share any pitfalls or problems they may
have experienced.  It looks to be a no-brainer.  I will be able to
upgrade on a new server, and the only app using oracle is certified
for 8.0.5, so it appears that I should just be able to use the
Migration Utility.
