Use server manager
as :

svrmgrl

just check to make sure you have the correct enviroment
variables which depends on your set up

ORACLE_SID
LD_LIBRARY_PATH
ORACLE_HOME
PATH

and then run the script
> @ $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/catrep.sql

you will probably need catproc as well
