Sorry to say so, but this is untrue. SP4 doesn't work with Oracle for
many sites, so that because of changes by Microsoft, Oracle was forced
to create patches, and patches in the TCP/IP area. There have been many
posts about this issue in this newsgroup. There is a chance SP4 will
work for you, yes. More likely however, it is not going to work. The
only valid reason to install SP4 seems to be Y2K compliancy.
