User Exits with Forms 5

Hi,

I'm having trouble getting User Exits to work under NT.

I'm using .........

• Visual C/C++ 6.0
• NT Workstation ( Service Pack 4 )
• Oracle 8
• Developer 2000 ( Forms 5 )
• I've included UEZ.OBJ, SQLLIB18.LIB, SQXLIB18.LIB and F50OR32.LIB.

I've based my code on the sample provided with Forms 5.0 (in the UserExit directory).

I can compile and link but I get a DLL error (on nn30w32b.dll) when I attempt to run the user exit from a form.

I'm thinking perhaps I've not setup the DEF file correctly or there is a version problem with the libs I'm using. It could even be an incompatibility with VC 6.0 and Developer 2000 and / or NT's Service Pack 4.0.

Any ideas ? A skeleton of a working project (including the correct libs) would be great.
