Hi all,

I have a large partitioned database that I have to define a backup /restore procedure for. The main requirement is that a partition needs to be able to be fully backed up and restored without affecting the availability of the other partitions. Also, the backups need to be hot backups and restores need to be made to a point in time without affecting the other partitions. Could anyone point me to some resources that could help me in this?

Many thanks,
