Designer 2.1 LOVs

Hi,
i'm new to Designer 2.1 and i'm having trouble when i try to generate a form from a module with a base table usage and a lookup table usage, having to show a LOV button beside the text-edit box bound to the foreign-key column of the base table usage.
I have followed the instructions in the Help "Generating a LOV of foreign key values" and "Notes and examples for generating displayed and/or enterable lookup text items", but the LOV button is not showed in the form anyway!
(Property LOVBUT is YES, Display in LOV property of the lookup items is YES)
