Connect from Oracle to SQLServer

I have an application to update a SQLServer database from our Oracle database. There are plenty of tools for SQLServer to connect to Oracle, but I can't get oracle to connect to SQLServer. I'm running Oracle 7.3.4 on an HP-UX 10.20.

I want to push the data from Oracle because that's where the updates occur, additionally the SQLServer DB sits outside a firewall.

I think I must be making a mistake in the tns files,

Anyone have any suggestions?
