Is there a Quick and simple Form Generator

I need to create a couple of *very* simple forms that could be used by someone to update a few rows of a table.

In a past life(:-) I would use the Informix 'ISQL' product to generate me a simple
screen that would allow Add/Update/Delete and Query functionality.

I had hoped to not have to buy Oracle Forms or the like given the very basic need of what I am requiring.

My configuration is;
Oracle 7.3.4 on HP-UX 10.20
Windows NT 4. and Windows 95 clients

Any suggestions.
