I'm having a terrible time with installing Oralce on our Slackware Intranet Server.

The System is 2.0.34 #6 Thu Jun 3 08:13:27 EDT 1999 i686 unknown

and I've recompiled the kernel according to the installation

I have glibc added from package tool.

It is dieing on the linkage and is not making a RDM executable ---- grrrrrrr

I HATE NOT HAVING SOURCE CODE. All I have is these sensless warnings.....

There is some error to do with Names linking and this is in the log.

I've poured over everything I could read on this subject.....

The manual needs a complete rewrite. I tried the how too's and followed News groups etc.

There must be a way to do this, if the Installlation program made any sense whatsoever.
