iWorkplace Help

I am trying to install the iWorkplace on my box. The iWorkplace is a sample for Application Server 4.0. Oracle doesn't have thorough documentation on installation for this program. Please enlight me.

FYI: my box is Pentium II 450 MHz, 128 MB RAM running NT SP 3 and Oracle 8.0.5 Enterprise Ed. and Oracle Application Server 4.0
