How can I access LiveHTML?

Hello,



I am running Oracle version 8.03 with the Oracle Application Server.  I also
believe that the LiveHTML cartridge is installed.  Currently, I am trying to
find out how to access the functionality offered by LiveHTML.  Could someone
suggest a method by which I could test to see if LiveHTML is in fact
installed?
