We've done it with the OAS 3.0 using the OWA_REPL -Cartridge from
govt.us.oracle. The pdf itself are stored in a LONGRAW field in an IMAGE
- Table. I don't know if it is still necessary to use this OWA_REPL
-cartridge with the newer OAS - and server version.
