Little problem with OWS 3.0.2

I have one problem with OWS 3.0.2 on SOLARIS I've been installing OWS 3.0.2.
Then I 've started WRB by commad
owsctl start wrb - its ok then
owsctl start admin - and it's fail to start because "Cannot assign name to lock file" Received on Thu May 27 1999 - 07:50:16 CDT
