Reasons for upgrading from 8.0.4 to 8.0.5

I have been considering upgrading as I have seen a number of things
regarding issues with 8.0.4. Unfortunately I did not take notes and my
manager wants hardcore reasons for the upgrade.



Could any one list the reasons for me or more simply point me in the right
direction if Oracle or other sites have this info.
