Patches for Linux w/ Early Adopter Release

Hello,

I would like to connect to an Oracle DB via php3 and have been getting the following message when trying to access the test.php3 page:

Fatal error: Call to unsupported or undefined function ocilogon() in /home/httpd/html/test.php3 on line 10

I've seen references to the fact that OCI was broken in the EAR for Linux. I've also seen mention of a patch to fix this but haven't been able to locate it or any documentation about it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
