Using Oracle DB in Excel

I have a question about using Oracle DB in MS Excel. I know that I can
use ODBC to use Oracle DB in Excel. However if I do not have ODBC driver
for Oracle, may I use SQL*Net for the same purpose. If I can, how to do
it ?
