Appletviewer

I am using the Oracle supplied jdk1.2 appltviewer for Financials release 11

I notice that it does not seem to be caching - This contrasts with using IE4 which is caching - 1.5 mins then 15 ie first start up of app 1.5 mins - second start up 1.5 mins seconds after that.

Anyone know what I am doing wrong ?

Any hints on improving performance with appletviewer.

OS is WINNT 4.0
