Oracle Tools

Any advice for an inexperienced DBA most welcome

I'm upgrading a from 7.3.2.3. to 7.3.4.4 under Solaris 2.6 The new install has gone into a new $ORACLE_HOME. The upgrade went fine, however there are a number of ORACLE_TOOLS installed on the box, pointing to the old ORACLE_HOME. I would like to know:

How can I tell which tools have been installed? Do the directory names give any clues? (See listing at the end of message)
How do I relink the tools to point to the new ORACLE_HOME.
