I posted that question. I'm pretty sure this is because one column has a name too long. I checked the table I created and found the column name was "PERCENT_OF_FIRST_TIME_RESOLUTI" not "PERCENT_OF_FIRST_TIME_RESOLUTION". I created the table by the crappy ERwin software and ERwin didn't warn me about it. So in SQL*Plus I went ahead trying to insert data, explicitly specifying the long column name.
