Help with Concurrent Manager

I am new to Oracle Financials - I've installed the DEMO database but have
two problems:



    
  
  1.   I cannot change the node that the concurrent manager is configured for
  
  2.   I do not know how to start the concurrent manager on a NT Server.






Does anyone know how to do this?
